In 2021 I decided to sell my house and there was only going to be one obvious choice who would be the best to achieve that.  Voss Homes had recently added a video option for advertising properties and they made a smashing job of it.  It looked so good in the video that it made me even sadder that I had to sell it actually.  However, I have to give a shout out to Karen from Voss at this point as she had a couple looking for a country property who hadn't considered my place at all, but she thought it might be just what they were looking for and it was she who steered them in my direction.  They fell in love with the place and are now the happy owners!

Fantastic service from a very friendly, professional team. We had been communicating via email for months before we actually flew out to Spain and every email was answered swiftly and efficiently.

We dealt mainly with Adele to start with as we were looking for a long term rental property, and nothing was ever too much trouble. She constantly kept me updated with new properties and answered every question that I had.

From first viewing to collecting the keys Anna did a great job, and made buying our dream home stress free.

We arrived in Spain mid May ; having already emailed Voss to set up an appointment to view houses. We met with Andy, discussed what we were looking for and he then took us around.

We viewed 6 places of varying types, styles and locations along with a very helpful tour of Huercal Overa to orient us with the town. For us it only took one day to find the house we wanted ( house number 5 as it turned out !) we didn't need a mortgage and with Annna's help things got moving immediately. They also had recommendations for companies speaking English we could utilise if we wanted to (conveyancers, TV service suppliers, tax advisers, internet suppliers, insurers etc)which was a huge help. We used various people from the list and the whole process ran well.

Honestly we couldn't believe how smoothly it all went. mid july we had the keys and moved in.

So what can I say ..i would recommend Voss Estate agents based on our experience. Five stars. ( and for everyone we decided to use from the list too)

After viewings upon viewings with estate agents from Camposol to Albox my wife & I came across Voss homes. In my opinion they are the best we have come across and certainly the best in the area, and people want to deal with them. We bought over 8 weeks ago but I purposely waited to write this review because Voss Homes were also acting on behalf of Belgian friends of ours using us as intermediaries and viewers. Our purchase went through without a hitch so you might think that our friends purchase would have a problem or two as they were in Belgium and the work was being done in Spain. But no, again another smooth purchase. Bearing in mind that we had An English notary and our friends had a Belgian one. So yes a multi lingual company too, I’m sure there are signs on the office windows for German, Dutch and Spanish. We found them pleasant, professional, welcoming and they always find time for you. Our Belgian friends are very happy with the work that Voss Homes have done too. We also dealt with Hannah on the reception, she answers emails right away and is also pleasant on the phone, so we can’t fault the customer service, I say give them a try if you are looking to purchase in this area, they have more to offer and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. End of September we came to Huercal-Overa to meet Anna Voss from Voss Homes. She discussed with us some properties we wanted to visit and advised us what to do. At the end of the day she took us to a beautiful house that was not on our list. We fell immediately in love. Last week we went back to sign the contract.

Our first encounter with Voss Homes was with Adele for a rental property to enable us time to search for our ideal Spanish home to buy.
Adele guided us through the process every step of the way with her friendly personality and soon we were look around Spain in search of our dream home.
We met all the team at Voss Homes when we picked up the rental keys in November 2015 and they made us feel really welcome despite out constant questions.

Well its the end of an Era. Today is my last day in my home in Spain. All going to plan signing at the notary in Huercal tomorrow then back to my Home of Manchester on Tuesday.
