Villa Piedra has tarmac road access and is part of a small cluster of villas with no passing traffic apart from the neighbours.

Entry into the property is via a sliding metal gate on to the gravelled driveway which is large enough for 3 or 4 cars. Surrounding the villa are landscaped garden with a variety of Mediterranean plants, palm tree and fruit trees.
